Wolfiejim
difference between breaker and this card would be 1) the multiple triggers this guy can have. 2). those triggers can happen on your opponent's turn as well. 3) a semi-relevant attack. breaker dropped from 1900 to 1600. this, stays at a constant 1700 which is enough to warrant good field presence. breaker made a huge impact because when it was released not many monsters could top 1900 on a normal summon. truth be told, this guy will only ever drop to 2, maybe 1 if people abuse it. And when it does so depends on when it is released

Yes, your opponent is going to switch positions while you have this. Obviously. 3. 1700 is not enough. It's not enough to get over Tengu, so Tengu just rams into it, gets a new Tengu, and no one cares. He'd never drop to anything.

Wolfiejim
@groniack: Each time a monster your opponent controls changes its Battle position ; Destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. the way this is worded allows for you to force the trigger. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Windstorm_of_Etaqua http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Book_of_Moon @Yuzuru Otonashi breaker was a one shot mst. this can go over the course of a few turns. decks with tengu don't always draw tengu. even then, "people play tengu because the guy next to me is playing tengu." That's why the 1700 is relevant, because everyone and their dog is playing tengu.

If they don't summon Tengu, then they summon something even bigger.
DARKPLANT RISING
Who the hell would change battle position in front of this guy?
groniack
Thanks a lot for your comments. @Wolfiejim: I think i will keep it as it is but if you have any suggestions to reduce this card's power i will be happy to hear them But I think it's fine as it is

Therrion
Nice card, stronger then Breaker but not as versatile. Breaker is ran for being DARK and wiping threats, this is WATER, so won't see as much play.
