Just click the card you make, theb there should be link under the card you make, copy the url and paste it here. About the card, it should be [Spellcaster/Fusion/Effect], OCG fix : This card can only be Fusion Summoned by destroying 1 FIRE monster. If this card is on the field but "Lightning Fist Draco" or "Clear Wyvern" is not on the field, destroy this card. During each of your turn, this card gains 400 ATK and DEF.
