Mind Crush + Trap Dustshoot. In other words, hand manipulation. There's far too much hand/field manipulation in the game currently to justify this not being broken. Being able to manipulate your opponent's hand and then leaving them with nothing is, essentially, the main part which seriously breaks this card. The "Once per Duel" clause doesn't do anything. If it did, then Spore, Glow-Up and Zephyros wouldn't be run as much as they are.

How does this card manipulate the opponent's hand? Field control it is but hand control it ain't. Zephyros is never run. And a Once per Duel clause does a lot - can you imagine what Glow-Up and Spore would be like without one? Can how imagine how much worse this card would be without one? This monster your opponent summons following the use of this card is entirely optional "CAN Special Summon 1 monster (from their hand)", so if your opponent doesn't want to (and come to think of it, most players will take a free Special Summon if given one, especially if you have just lost some field presence), they don't have.

Read more carefully in future, please.

...You completely missed the point of my post, which is honestly quite a shame.

I'm saying that, because of the fact that hand manipulation exists this is broken. The fact that you can get rid of their stronger monsters, leave them with only a weak one to defend themselves with and then bring out a beatstick which can easily get to 3200 most of the time with ease is stupid. And I can imagine what Glow-Up and Spore would be like without the once per duel clause, but the thing is that they are still pretty stupidly overpowered because they're free revival. Zephyros is still used quite a bit, he's just not as splashable as most would think and therefore requires more dedication to play.

There is one problem I see. The phrase "Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster with the appropriate Fusion Requirements from your Extra Deck."

What exactly is meant by "appropriate Fusion Requirements"? If it refers to the Fusion Material monsters listed on a Fusion Monster card, then this phrase doesn't make any sense, since you are most likely Special Summoning the Fusion monster without any of the Fusion Materials.

The playable Fusion HEROes are the ones that say "1 Elemental HERO + 1 (Insert any Element) Monster", also known as Omni HEROes.
