Nathanael D. Striker
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by banishing 2 DARK monsters (from your Graveyard) or by its own effect. You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. During your opponent's Battle Phase: You can discard 1 DARK monster in your hand; your opponent must attack this card. Each time this card would be destroyed: You can place 1 Necromancy Counter on it instead (Max. 4). When this card has 4 Necromancy Counters on it: You win the duel. How do you like my friend? Skill Drain is this card's worst nightmare, since it prevents the win condition. Anyway, CnC?
NumberCruncher
You realize the moment it hits the grave, all it's counters go away, so it will never have more than 1. If you had it add a counter instead of destroying it, that would work.

Mehmani
Wording/Grammar = 10/10 Fun Factor = 8/10 Creativity = 14/30 Balance = 12/20 Viability in Dedicated Deck = 22/30 66% = C Aesthetics and OCG are flawless, have a like. The concept of "counters to win" has already been done (in my opinion, better) with Venomminaga (stupid spelling) and one can't help but notice the glaring similarities. The discard a DARK monster clause is quite an interesting one and would be quite fun to play with, especially in a dedicated deck. But that's beside the point - this card is far too similar to the aforementioned real "you win" card (I'm not going to try to spell it again) apart from the discard/compulsory attack clause, which is nice enough to earn you close to half marks. Balance is a bit of an issue - one thinks it would work reasonably well in a dedicated deck, but it just strikes me as being too vulnerable to effect destruction. You did pretty well otherwise, but this is a card that could only function with a lot of support, which leads on to the Viability in a Dedicated Deck category. This is a card that needs a lot of appropriate support to function well, and in a dedicated deck this can be achieved. As a casual deck it would be reasonably lethal but it isn't perfect. It trumps Venomminotspelledcorrectly is terms of viability, but that's hardly something amazing. Good effort. You were the first person ever to get reviewed with Alfred's AoC Reviewing Scheme.
