there pretty good, but most of them seem underpowered, while others are over powered. for example, tobi is massively overpowered, but isnt he supposed to be a new akatsuki member?

btw your death note sig is awesome, im stealing it to put on another forum

i designed tobis effect because he is kinda loopy like... so decided his effect would be just as loopy....

 

and if the overpowered comes from his team effect, im sorry... those were just thrown in to make the set more like the akatsuki....

these effects don't suite the characters ability I'll get to how it should be later,not trying to bash just help out.

 

e.g Sasori is like a puppet master,so he should have some take control effect, ability as well as an increase in ATK strength for some support monster for him like "puppet monsters that he had on the show". Also i think he should be much stronger; the guys part of Akatsu.

 

Itachi should have 3 effects

 

destroy 1 card on the field and decrease his atk and def by 600 for 3 turns.

 

copy the ATK and effect of your opponent monster for 1 turn.

 

choose 1 random card in your opponent hand each turn,if your opponent designates itachi as a target using the selected card,negate it and destroy it.

 

 

Orochimaru and Sasori have no relations so that effect is kinda................................

ah here's a more suiting effect.

 

2. If this card is destroyed in battle you can send 1 monster from your side to the field to the graveyard to special summon this card.

 

also a support card like

 

that resurrection jutsu and stuff for him with this effect and that giant ass snake.

 

1.1. Special Summon 2 monsters from your graveyard to the field.
