Northern Sage
"Deepsea Diva"+1 or more non-tuner WATER monsters Once per turn: You can banish a card in your graveyard. During the second Standby Phase after the activation of this effect: Add that card to your hand. When this card is destroyed by battle: Destroy 1 card on the field. gimmepie
This card has a good effect except that I would have it that it destroys one card without being banished when destroyed. It's attack isn't too high for the effect so it seems well balanced.
Blake
Banisharks aren't WATER .___. It's Level 7, and Banisharks are Level 3, and Diva is Level 2 The banish/return effect is way too slow, and helps Banisharks in no way whatsoever. Finally, the last effect is extremely lackluster, as it's essentially "Don't renew Syncs with Avarice" ._. first things first, needs to be LEvel 5 and WIND monsters. The banish effect from grave should be 2 turns, and the final effect needs to not banish itself, as banisharks HATE random banishing.
Northern Sage
Okay, as a standalone then?
Lv. 5 Water monsters aren't too common, and using more than one non-tuner is not favorable if you can manage otherwise.
ragnarok1945
3 turns before it'll return to your hand? It's a bit slow in that aspect change it to 2 turns and then it should be better
Time Psyduck
Should really be level 5, because that's the level Diva was designed to summon out quickly. At level 6, you're going to need something else to hand to summon this, which makes things more difficult. The recycling loop is way too slow. It should be two turns at most, and since it's from the grave, and thus needs setup, could even be dropped to one turn. The destruction is nice, since it's just small enough to actually be run over, but having to banish it seems a bit pointless, since it limits it's re-usability. Northern Sage
Made it Level 5, and adding the card in the second standby phase, and also made the last effect have no banishing cost.
