EDIT: FFFFFFUUUUU- Ninja'd just by a second.
This Account is Unplayable
BUT GAIZ. LIFE POINTS MATTER!!!
Kingdom Xathers
*shrugs* It's good if you wish to troll, since your opponent may be tempted to activate it again next turn. By then, yes, you could activate a 7 Tools to get rid of it, then burn the rest of their Life Points.
Mugendramon
If life points mattered, you could have your opponent pay costs twice- But no.

But would you REALLY want to prolong something of yours getting Solem'd? (Compared to Tools that will flat-out remove it)
Synchronized
It's not terrible per se. In a format where Burn was somehow top tier it might even be worthwhile for the re-use of Solemns already mentioned. But there's not much it can do that Dark Bribe can't do better. Shizuku Oikawa
Stop a Solemn bro, then MST it for a -1 bad combo, then proceed to Half OTK for gg.
The malfunction occurs, then the machine is turned off in order to fix it and perform maintenance (i.e., the card being Set after getting negated). Once maintenance is finished (one turn has passed), then the machine can be used again.
