[/quote] I'm not big on Vanity's Fiend because of the Tribute aspect, but there was no question about TKRO & Dyna. It definitely seems like it could work [i]alongside[/i] Rai-Oh for maximum control, but perhaps the cost isn't worth the reward. I guess it does have 1800, so it can run over Tengu and stuff. Which I suppose isn't bad, since it stops Special Summons by resolution of effects, since it doesn't negate the Summon. And it's a Trigger effect, so priority can't be used.
