Deck runs a bit too many cards I think. I want to slim it down, but hell, maybe having over 40 cards is good for Darklords... Needs moar staples tho... Sander Posted October 4, 2011 Report Share Posted October 4, 2011 Just a personal preference, but I think the best way to run Darklords is to run them with maxed Phantom of Chaos, no Athenas, Sky Scourge Norleras, Plaguespreader etc. You should get the basic idea of this. [/quote] No Athenas? Are you stoned? Though you are right, he should be running Phantom of Chaos. Here's my fixes. -1 Snipe Hunter(Not needed) -1 Herald of Orange Light(Effect Veiler is still better, even with discard being favored in this deck) -2 Escape from the Dark Dimension(The point of this deck is Grave summoning. You only remove to OTK with Phantom of Chaos or make BLS plays) -1 Dark Armed Dragon(Great card, but tends to get cloggy) -1 Asmodeus(Same as above, but 1 is at least a respectable tech) +2 Phantom of Chaos(Easily searched, easily used.) +2 Effect Veiler(At least) +1 Solemn Judgment(Staple) +1 Sangan(Normal Summonable, Seaches Veiler, Phantom, and Hecatrice) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Agro Posted October 5, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 Norleras is a fun idea, but it wouldn't work all that well idt. Plague is a tech, nothing more. I tech in a few extra Dark Creators, so Escape is still necessary, though I do like Phantom. I'll probably take out DAD and Snipe tho. Judgment is not a staple, though it is a good card and I'd find room for it if I wanted to. Veiler, we'll see, but I'll def take out the Herald (Sangan isn't as helpful... {IKNORITE?}) EDIT: Some changes made Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
