Same as Rag, also wanted to point out that you put '3x Level 2 Monsters' but I think it just supposed to say 3 Level 2 Monsters. Also 1 not one...unless they changed that when they changed the OCG. Anyway end phase should be capitalized (End Phase). It really isn't too bad of a card, but maybe add in that once per turn if this card would be removed from the field by an opponent's effect it is not. 7/10

So it's underwhelming? In terms of meta, yes, it definitely is, but i figured if the effects to keep the monsters banished was permanent it might be too powerful.

Yes underwhelming, and yes permanent I think is too powerful, but maybe, like I said before, add an effect that will help keep it on the field longer.

I think this is pretty good. Balance is the complication here... its got an OPT clause, it returns the monsters when its removed, and its stats look fair, so its ok to me. But, i don't know how easy this is to summon because I don't really run a deck that would summon it.

I do like the concept, and the OCG that renegade suggested sound good.
