It's broken, that's what it is. Searching [i]any[/i] card from your Deck? Yeah, this isn't going to be used as Synchro / Xyz material, ragnarok.

There are so few cards that target ran in the game at the moment, you will not end up targeting this with any of your card. Card will be targeted by your opponents Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning, Trishula, Caius, Brionac etc the most often. Or just by being attacked.

Anyways, monsters to not have effects whilst they're face down anyways, so you technically couldn't activate the first effect if it was face-down while it got targeted by a card effect. So make it say that "When this face-down card" or something like that.I assume by [i]"Once"[/i], you meant [i]"Once per duel"[/i], no?
