When this face-up card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, both players can Special Summon 1 level 2 or lower monster from their Graveyard to their side of the field. Bobbyman46
You don't need to put the "While this card is face up on the field part"... the effects are negated effect is really good. I'm debating whether it should have a cost or not for that effect. That makes it a costless skilldrain. But the effect that both players can special summon makes it a little bit more balanced. 8/
ragnarok1945
this is just Skill Drain with an extra summoning effect, nothing too new

OT: Better than Skill Drain, actually, since you do not have to wait a turn to activate it. The SS effect is nice, I suppose.

Kato_Zenamara
This IS the realistic section, which is meant for cards that could actually be printed, and are to be treated that way. Printing a card that does the exact same thing as an already existing card, but has no cost, doesn't take up an actual spell/trap zone, works with stuff like malefics and other cards that require field spells, and supports a generally more flexible play style, isn't very realistic. It should have a cost or drawback. The "summon the level 2 or lower monster" isn't very usable. Sure, there are a few targetable cards that see a good amount of use in the current game, but they wouldn't run this, nor would this be a reason to run them. Add a 500 lp payment per your standby phase and I'd be game. But this is just a spammable, more easily playable skill drain.
