There's no such thing as a good reason with that severity, and no I don't wanna hear why. That's straight up barbaric, and goes far beyond self-defense. You cannot prove yourself justified when such actions are less instinctual and more conscious. Utterly pathetic. That being said, no and thankfully. When I feel "upset", I watch some comedy or something. Even when I've snapped verbally, it's hardly anything. As I firmly believe "do unto others as you do unto yourself", so if I ever committed a violent act I'd be the first victim. And I don't want that. Honestly, I try not to get mad in front of others. If somebody pisses me off, I play it off. But when I'm alone, I'll slowly let my rage out until it's gone. Or take a shower. Also, how can you justify yourself when you consciously CUT the girls hair and then beat her head into the floor? You're beyond the realm of escaping if you're capable of doing that. Unless it was in defense of something extremely criminal rather than flat out assault, but if it was that you'd hint at it far more rather than making yourself out to be Conan the Barbarian on a bad day.
