DestinyGame
If this card on the field is sent to the Graveyard as a Synchro Material for the Synchro Summon of a Machine-Type monster, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects:1/ Declare 1 Type of monster and destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with declared Type. 2/ Declare 1 Attribute and destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with the declared Attribute. Varionius
Not very useful, only against archtypes. 7/
Nede
IMO this is useful enough, because this card can turn things around.

ragnarok1945
it's good, but not that flexible unless you also use DNA surgery, which unfortunately isn't popular anymore

bilaterus
Well considering that it'll destroy a minimum of one face-up monster your opponent controls, and possibly more depending on the opponent's decktype, I'd say it outclasses most other tuners already. Searchable by one for one and machine duplication-able make it pretty nasty. This plus Machina Fortress could go to bureido, which would setup your field and damage the opponent's. So, it is a powerful card, and nice in concept. Although, it should really hit the whole field just like tribe infecting virus, and on the card it says 'viruspeader', ie. missing an 'r'. And just add a random number and set ID and its perfect.
DestinyGame
Tk for commending, plz continue to rate. BTW: I fixed the card a bit, plz continue giving ideals to complete it.
Nede
IMO this effect is depending your opponent. How about you can choose 1 from both? "You can activate 1 of the following effects : - Declare 1 Type; Destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with the declared Type. - Declare 1 Attribute; Destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with the declared Attribute. That's better right? But you should give some drawbacks like "When this card is removed from the field, it is banished instead."
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Guys, the card is fine. It's level 1, Machine Dupable, and 1 for 1 destruction, making the synchro summon using this a +0 instead of a -1, at the least. And DNA Surgery is freaking type not attribute, and nobody EVER ran it.
DestinyGame
And...again. Completely fixed.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
It was better when it was declare 1 attribute :/

Ieyasu Tokugawa
It would, but the whole "Send a monster" thing limits it too much. It's fine if you just get rid of the discard effect and have the person declare it.

Strider Tigerwolf
This thing is pretty balanced. Good against Solid element decks (Like Gishki, DARK, Laval, Lightsworn, etc) and against "Type" Decks (WATT, Worm, Alien, Machine, etc) but not so much against Mix Decks like Glad-Beasts. It's pretty decent, one for one searchable, and can be paired with Formula for +1 plus destruction. Pretty nice in my opinion as it gives you quite a few options. 9.2/
