this is an interesting card...but the OCG is kinda off.
Where you say "tributed monster" change to "that returned monster"

wait, yeah, you changed it on the lore here, gotta fix the card now too.

But t's good, maybe a little OP'ed.. since if you return some level 8 Synchro, you can basically summon an army of low-level monsters.
Buuut those will probably also be used for a Synchro, Xyz, so I don't think that's bad.

But seeing as it's a great card makes me wonder if it could get broken.

It would be even more broken if I had kept it to "Tribute 1 monster". Then s*** would get crazy with Tengu abuse. Tengu + this would allow too many freaking +'s: Tribute Tengu, get Tengu + Lonefire/Dandylion + Spore/Glow-Up - use Lonefire's effect if you got it instead of Dandy - do I really need to go on?
