Bad summoning conditions make this card bad and not worth to be ran, even if you have 4 or more Level 5 or higher Thunder-Type monsters in your Graveyard. And that's another thing, why 4 Level 5 or higher Thunder-Type monsters?

Yeah, sorry that was a typo, its meant to be 3 and its level 5 or higher because I thought it might of been a bit easy to summon if it and OP'ed if it were level 4 because of it ATK gain, but what would you prefer?

given the last effect you're going to need DNA surgery to make it work, which isn't popular
