Axe of Despair + 2 monsters
No, it cant just be ANY 2 monsters.
It has to be one monster who's ATK is lower then the other.
Then you equip Axe to the weaker one, so it becomes stronger then the other.

TO DUELING NETWORK!
When an Infinite loop is created, ALL the cards involved in it are automatically destroyed.
.....Its a cheesy ruling, but its something Konami made up.
(At least if I remember correctly)

Oh, damn, you got me.

I can't name two monsters such that
{ATK1 < ATK2}
U
{ATK1+ 1000 > ATK2}

It's like Algebra 1 all over again!

U have stardust hm....? I synch for Scrap Dragon. Activate Pole Position. Attach Axe of Despair to ur monster. Ur stardust can't negate cause it's a ruling. Scrap's ability destroys something else. I KEEL U!

Stardust can still chain itself to Scrap.
It will lose axe in the process, and negate Scrap.
And Stardust cant chain to Axe anyway, as its not a card effect that would destroy a card.

No, cause the loop will kill off stardust. THEN after the loop kills stardust, you use scrap.

The last time I checked the wiki page, the rulings for infinite loops was that, unless gameplay mechanics (i.e.drawing a card at the beginning of one's turn) trigger a loop, any card that would trigger an infinite loop by its activation or summoning is an illegal move, and therefore cannot be activated or summoned. Thus, in the example starring Stardust and Scrap Dragon, Pole Position is targeting Scrap Dragon, it having the highest attack. Activating Axe of Despair targeting Stardust will create an infinite loop of Axe being negated then not negated. Therefore, Axe of Despair cannot target Stardust Dragon.

An infinite loop will ONLY happen if gameplay mechanics trigger it, such as an Axe-equipped Tragoedia gaining attack because you drew a card at the beginning of your turn. In that case, Pole Position would be the only card destroyed, it being the cause of the loop. If Pole is destroyed in this fashion, its effect to destroy the highest-attack monster will not trigger.

Keep in mind, I have not seen the infinite loop rulings in the past couple of months, so this may be out of date.

On the actual card itself, I can only comment on how Konami may as well ban it IRL if they're not going to bother with putting it in the WC games. Or Wheelie Breakers. Why shouldn't Pole Position have been in Wheelie Breakers during the Multiplayer race mode?
