CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
Oddly, DN's translation is you send a Dragon from your hand OR deck in order to banish a card.
so which would be the correct effect then?
evilfusion
I have no idea. I dont even know DN's source. I just notice they seem to get the card around the same time WE get confirmed effects.

shadowferret
The way I'm reading the text in OP, is sending from both places a cost? Because I think sending a Dragon from the deck is a cool cost...

Oh, I love how it says "SCOOP" in that preview image thing.
Agro
I'm not sure if sending one from both would be the better effect. It means you HAVE to have a Dragon-type monster in your hand to use it at all, whereas otherwise it's just a free foolish. Which is always welcome. Okami, wud u aggree that if they keep making cards like these in the dragon decks (also pointing out Ravine in dragunities) FuFu getting banned would not be so much of a problem? I like Tier 1 Chaos Dragons, but they don't need these guys to be so strong. Fu-Fu getting banned would be a big hurt to Dragons, even with Ravine and these guys. Fu-Fu is the Foolish x5, which is a key component of any Dragon deck.

Though I suppose if you're running the Egg. And I don't want Tier 1 Dragons, I want Tier 0 dragons. Just to hear Lunar b**** about it. xD. I think this being unbalanced and FuFu being banned would have a better time evening it out, but you have to admit with so many cards to foolish dragons, FuFu is less important than it was a while ago (I've been able to actually win duels without use of either FuFu or REDMD)
Dementuo
I'm not saying that Dragons won't win without Fu-Fu. I'm saying that Fu-Fu is a damn big help.
Guest
shouldn't it be called dark pulsar dragon? otherwise people will think its solar flare dragons counter part.

Ieyasu Tokugawa
Well, all sources are pointing to "or", so OP edited. Now thing just got a bit better.
evilfusion
So the cost to banish a card in the Grave is to do something beneficial to the general deck theme? That also seems fitting considering the image, which seems to point at sending White Stone to grab Blue-Eyes.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
It would be called Solar Flare Dragon, but that was already taken, so Dark Flare instead. Overall, a relatively balanced card for a balanced deck. Oh, who am I kidding, Konami keeps trying to break their own records for breaking the game.
