That's actually pretty neat.
Summon this > SS some random level 3 Warrior (lol Necro Gardna) > Xyz into Leviathan Dragon > make a 2500 beatstick invincible for one turn.
I'd use this.
Good job

10/10 for playability.
7/10 for originality.
7/10 for the picture.

Honestly, I drew the pic in paint and used gimp to add a few effects

So if it got a 7 it's more than awesome for me :'D

originality, I expected to be lower cuz of the similarity with Tour Guide, but guess not XP (then again, it DOES have an added effect :3)

It's a Debris target, easy +0 Xyz, and protects an Xyz like Number 17 which can instantly drop the material.

you drew and colored it?
Then let me change my image rating to 9/10 since you put effort in it, unlike 90 % of the people on here who get their pictures from Google Images..
Honestly, what got me into Yu-Gi-Oh and still, what I love most about it are the card artworks.
I'm an amateur artist, I've made a couple of cards too, you can see my gallery in my sig.
But anyways, I respect people who carefully choose/ create a picture for their card, so you get a higher score.

Well, the similarity with Tour Guide isn't a problem. This is a bit harder to pull off than Tour Guide but it gives an extra effect Tour Guide doesn't.
It's also very searchable since it has little ATK and DEF.

I actually WAS tired of looking through google images for art, so I decided to draw my own xD (not as good, but more rewarding~)

And actually, what got me into yugioh was the artwork too, for the most part~ Even with crappy cards, if they have good art, I like dem (might actually check out your gallery, now~ :3)

or there's pixiv, deviantart, danbooru/gelbooru (if you know how to find your way through the pron)- these are some of the richest picture boards.
photobucket is also an option.

Yeah, those sites as well (Safebooru instead of dan/gelbooru if you do not wish to search a lot of pages for a non-pr0n image). Deviantart really isn't that reliable, since it has some pretty awful s*** on it as well. Only good DevianArt artist I can name is GENZOMAN. And then there's the fatc that you need to ask permission to use their art. Pixiv is pretty good if you can understand Japanese or have the software that changes the language to English.

He never gave any decent advice. The only time when he does seem decent is when he points out something about the card that is so obvious even to the newest player to this game. And he never actually reads the threads he comments in, so he is usually pointing out stuff that's already been dealt with.

Oh, I didn't know about safebooru..

But you're wrong about deviantart, there are hundreds of great artists on dA. I've been a member for more than 4 years, and a fairly active one at that. I'm an artist on there too, and I've done a lot of art. I'm not that good nor popular though. However, If you know what you're looking for, you can definitely find some amazing potential card art on there. And GENZOMAN's the only one you know? You should definitely look into dA more, there are so much better artists on there.
Also, I never ask for permission about using artwork, I'm not selling it so there shouldn't be a problem, if they put it on the internet and there's an option for it to be copied and saved on a computer, no self-respecting artist should mind if people used it for their cards (as long as it's non-profit).
At least I never minded if people used my art for their personal needs.

Anyways, about Ragnarok..
well, I don't know, he comments a lot so he at least gives those many newbies with 0 comments in their threads some joy.

Believe me, there are people who do not like it when their art is used without permission. YCM dealt with those kind of DeviantArt users in the past, and that's why the rule of asking permission was put into action. Nowadays you do not have to ask for permission, but the artist can get the card removed if their art has been used for making said card without permission.
