Wat

It would be a stretch to even go that far. Maybe some of the really conservative politicians, sure, but I would doubt that the majority of the US government would even dare to harbor any prejudice against Muslims, especially in their position.

its not just muslims, there are non muslims in the middle east who are suffering too. in gaza, there are around 10,000 palestinian christians living in suffering conditions. there are jews and christians in iraq who get killed on the spot by soldiers. there are non muslims in the middle east who suffer too.

Oh hell yeah I know. Which is why I don't think it's fair to say that they're prejudiced towards Muslims. The majority of Americans who seem like they are, are just bastards who don't care about things that don't directly effect them. That much I will say.

typo. i forgot the word government. i know there are people who hate stereotypes towards muslims. i don't hate america, i hate their government.
I still don't find any reason to hate our government but whatever I don't think I would understand considering I love the United States and its government. Unfortunately this is history repeating itself again.
This is the Tenth Crusade. While war rages on in the Middle East, Americans are compelled to jump into the frey while Priests commend their actions as a sign of Gods wrath over the "heretics" *Muslims*. Then we go and attack the Middle East just like we did back in the old crusades except this time the war is spaced out differently. While we attack the Middle East, we also defend Israel. Now why do you think we would defend a country that has screwed us and the United Nations countless times but attack nations that did none of it? That is because of one simple reason. Jerusalem... Jerusalem is the heart of Christianity, Islam, and Judaism but right now the majority of people there are Christians and Jews. This has angered Muslims to a firey point and much of the Muslim controlled Middle East rallies to attack Israel to gain Jerusalem back for themselves. Jerusalem is the Holy City and the United States of America would rather die than lose it because Christians run the White House! This is exactly what started the Crusades a while back. Jews and Muslims ruled Jerusalem at the time and then the Muslim ruler ordered an edict banning Christians from worshipping. This angered the Christians and they cried for war, and the Pope gave it to them in his famous "God Wills It!" speech. You say this is all oil based or whatever reason you can think of but when it boils right down to it, its all about religion. The bulk of this conflict is whose Religion can come out on top. That is why Muslims are treated poorly sometimes in the United States because they oppose what we do and te US doesn't want opposition. Its all about whose f*cking religion is better and who can get to the golden stick first. Thats all these three religions have ever done in the past 1000 years is fight to prove they are the true religion and to be honest. No Muslims, no Jews, and no Christians are going to accomplish sh*t because no matter who takes Jerusalem, one side will be left out and they will fight to take it. Thank you Monotheism, thenk you very f*cking much.

Muslims don't want only Jerusalem, the want all of Israel getting rid of the shread of Jewish land to the Muslim sea in a Christian world.
I know they dont want ONLY that. Hoever Jerusalem is the main holy city for all of these religions and apparently it is imperitive that the religions keep it for themselves.

So you're saying it's not about America wanting to monopolize the petroleum being pumped out from the colossal reserves in the Middle East, it's actually a fight over who has the better imaginary friend. Think of this, how can politicians get more money in their pocket: spreading Christianity, or selling oil that they were able to monopolize because they won a war? I've been taking government this semester and one thing I picked up from there is that if a politician has the choice of having more money, or obeying the principles of their religion, they might as well just throw the bible out the window because they will go for the money.

Question: What is a human more afraid of? Losing money or not knowing what happens after death? Jerusalem is the heart of all these hateful religious people and each religion would kill to get it... This is history repeating itself...
Christians want to keep Israel under their control so they befriend Israel...
Muslims want Israel and launch Jihad's against the United States for their apparent transgressions...
I am so sick of this... Every f*cking religion always trying to get ahead... Allah, Yahweh, and Jahova are the ones that started this... This is what happens when you base your beliefs on a damn book...

Hold on there bro, now you're just getting into the generic religious rant. The USA government wants one thing and one thing only.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

As far as I'm concerned they're a bunch of sacrilegious heathens. Christianity doesn't necessarily want control of Jerusalem, if the American government wanted to crusade into Jerusalem they could have just ran in and occupied the place.

Don't blame religion for everything.

The european jews were israeli jews who were spread through the world because of Babylonians, egyptians, spainiards and Christians.

Do they care about what happens after death? I don't think so. You seem to be very close minded at the evils the politicians do for the sake of money. Yes, it might be in part to retake "The Holy Land", but it's not because their religion told them to do so, it's because there is an extremely valuable natural resource buried under it.

Are you serious?

Which has historically been more tolerant under a self proclaimed religious government?

Muslim Spain or Israel?

A state that allowed all central Abrahamic religions to flourish and had some the most scientific and philosophical advances of it's time versus a state whose only achievement is winning wars, getting America as it's ally and successfully persecuting the Palestinian people?

Honestly, it's Israel that would invade Rwanda if Rwanda was Muslim and had a spec of oil

Your post wasn't even backed up with fact

You blantantly posted some serious prejeduce. If this is turning into a religious debate (which it shouldn't by the way) then back up your posts with historical or any other form of facts

The fact that I had to use the same example again to explain the same principle is a little sad -.-

Okay Israel has muslim cities they have signs in English, Hebrew and Arabic and they let Israeli muslims worship without having to join the army. While MODERN arab countries dont even like you if you are a different muslim. Eventhough Muslim Spain was more tolerant than CHRISTIAN Spain. And they win wars started by their neighbors and their intolerance.

By the way, the policies in Jersulam don't permit younger adults or certain types to not worship in certain mosques. =/ You can debate that with a friend of mine who visited last year and basically just stayed in her hotel room because certain palestinian areas were blocked off to visiters. Just like they attacked a turkish medical convey of barges for entering. Or the genocides on the west bank against 'hamas'. Tell me, is one rocket justified with 30? Muslim Spain is a clear example of a muslim nation that was actually tolerant while we have yet to see Israel be anywhere as tolerant. While it is true that the arab coalition did in fact fight several wars and did lose pretty much all of them, they probably wouldn't be fighting in the first place if they didn't justify their war actions. What was their justification? Palestinian persecution. If the Israelis were as tolerant as Muslim Spain, I seriously wouldn't give damn. Then Israel would completely justified in it's military actions. Only it isn't as tolerant and is constantly putting down the Palestinians. And the percentage of muslims that identify themselves as Israelis is pretty much zero so how could Israeli muslims exist in the first place?

The fact of the matter is is that we have historical evidence of muslims following sharia laws and produced a tolerant and educationally flourishing nation versus Israel that isn't anywere near that using peacful methods to advance human life. and while it's true that modern Arab countries are much more violent and very much as narrow minded as Israel, they are much more politically driven and have already proven that such a combination of religion and tolerance can, and has, lead to one of the greatest establishments in history

Hamas sends many rockets against Israel but many are destroyed with a defense system. What was their justification? that Israel is jewish so lets destroy them. And im not saying that muslim countries werent tolerant im saying they arent tolerant. Israel isnt using peaceful weapons? Have you seen Achmadinajud? he wants to wipe Israel off the map and if its only Palestine thats the problem why didnt Lebanon or Jordan or Syria let the Palestinians go to them. Whatever this is a debate that will never stop, so lets just agree to disagree.
