Life Points don't matter.

On another note, what happens when you can't pay the 1000 Life Point fine? You didn't specify what happens (I assume the card is destroyed).

The +2 from Graveyard is still horrible. Not only can you get Monster Reborn back into your hand, but now you can Recycle Dark Hole?

Go and take a look as to why Magician of Faith is banned.

But I've destroyed a Spell or Trap card, gained a Spell card, and for no cost :S

Think about why current banned cards are banned. Their Summons can be negated, yet they are still banned.

Trap Hole doesn't work on Special Summons.

Except it cannot activate its first effect which recovers Spell cards :S

So, you might as well get rid of that now. Then, it becomes vaguely balanced. But not really.

You know, you're digging a deeper and deeper hole, and soon it will be one that you can't get out of. You should just stop now while the card is somewhat balanced.

There is a fine line between defining something that is broken, useless, or in-between.

This card is broken. Enough said.

I made a card that only activates its effect when it is destroyed by a Trap Card. That's useless.

Give up while you are ahead.
