Lunar Origins
Activate only when your opponent pays a cost to activate the effect of a card: Your opponent must pay the cost a second time to activate the effect of that card. If they cannot: Negate the activation of that card and destroy it, then draw 1 card.

ragnarok1945
great, paying it twice over personally you should have made this a continuous trap, then make it apply to your end too
Blake
It's meh. Use it on Judgment, and you're just making them pay 2000 more that they then shrug at and destroy you, anyways. Deck Space is way too tight, and LP don't matter enough, to warrant this. EDIT: Wait, misread. Well, depending on what you hit this with, it could be good or bad. Most cards that are used that have a cost, though, are solemns .~. then there are a few others, and Xyz.
evilhorus
I like it. Seems fun. But then again, unnecessary in a good deck. Nice idea. Well done.
Kocrow17
"Activate only when your opponent pays a cost to activate a card or card effect: Your opponent must pay the cost a second time to activate the effect of that card. If they cannot: Negate the activation of that card and destroy it, then draw 1 card." I really like the potential of this card. Doubling the requirements to a card is a good counter, and its a nice kick-to-the-crotch to your opponent regardless if they pay the doubled cost. I especially admire the "...then draw 1 card." You added in. This card seems like it could really turn a game around. What would happen if you used it against a card like Honest? Its cost of sending itself can't be duplicated, so I guess it'd simply be countered?
Ænema
Pfft you failed at making a decent card. The clue is in the name.

Terrible example, I know.
