this is my first set. please enjoy.
If i got something wrong with my card's effect, please tell me (my english isn't good).

[center][b]Cygnus Wing - EM Being[/b]: When this card battles with Rock-Type monster, destroy that Rock-type monster without applying damage calculation. This card is unaffected by effect of EARTH monsters.[/center]

If this card attacks a Defence Position monster whose DEF is lower than this card's ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.[/center]
[center][b]Acid - EM Being[/b]: He is a Wizard - human-made EM Being. He works with ACE and helps him tranform into Acid Ace.[/center]

[center][b]Gemini Thunder[/b]: This card can only be activated when "Gemini Spark - EM Being" is on your side of the field. Destroy 1 monster your opponent control and all Spell Cards and Trap Cards on your opponent's field.[/center]

Shuffle your Deck.[/center]

Negate that card's effect and Special Summon 1 "EM Virus Trap" monster (level 3/WATER or FIRE or EARTH or WIND Attribute/Thunder-type/ATK 1600/DEF 1800) to your side of the field. That monster is Normal Monster, and it is also treat as Countinous Trap.[/center]

When this card is activated, you draw 1 card. While this card remains on the field, you draw 2 cards instead of 1 in your Draw Phase. If this card is in your Graveyard after it had been activated, you can return 5 Spell Cards in different name having "Brother Band:" in their name from your Graveyard to your hand by sending 1 card from your Extra Deck to Graveyard.
[b]Brother Band: Hibiki Misora[/b]: In the turn you activate this card, if you take damage to your Lile Points and your Life Points would become 0, your Life Points becomes 1 instead.
[b]Brother Band: Shirogane Luna[/b]: You gain 700 Life Points for each "Rockman" monster on your side of the field and in your Graveyard.
Brother Band: Kizamaro Shairon: Activates 1 of 2 effects: *Select 1 Spell Card from your Deck. Shuffle your Deck and place selected Spell Card on top of your Deck. *Take 1 Spell Card from your Deck and place it in your hand. Shuffle your Deck. Discard 1 card (discarded card cannot be the Spell Card taken to your hand by this card's effect).
[b]Brother Band: Ishigama Gonta[/b]: During this turn, all monsters on your side of the field cannot be destroyed (damage calculation is applied normally).[/center]

When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster. The Battle Damage that you would take from battle involves to this card is halved.
[b]Rockman Green Dragon[/b]: "Hoshikawa Subaru" + 1 or more non-Tuner monster(s).
Each time this card attacks, place 1 Spell Counter on it at end of Damage Step. Each face-up WIND monster you control gains 100 ATK and DEF for each Spell Counter on this card. Once per turn, if this card destroys a monster by battle, it can attacks once again.[/center]

During this turn, the original ATK and DEF of monsters affected by this card's effect is doubled. In the battle that involves to affected monsters, once per battle, you can negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card and Set it face-down. If affected monster battles with other monster(s) this turn, it can't attack until end of your next turn.[/center]

[b]Rockman Shinobi-Berserk[/b]: This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending "Rockman Green Shinobi" and "Rockman Thunder Berserk" you control to Graveyard. You can negate effect of your opponent's monster that affect to this card and destroy that monster. When you activate Quick Spell or Normal Spell, this card gains this effect until end of this turn: *Destroy monster battles with this card without applying damage calculation. After Damage Step, this card can attack once again in a row with it but this effect is lost.
[b]Rockman Berserk-Shinobi[/b]: This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending "Rockman Thunder Berserk" and "Rockman Green Shinobi" you control to Graveyard. If you control 3 monsters or more, this card can attack your opponent directly. You can Tribute 1 monster you control (except this card) to inflict damage to your opponent equal to 200 x Tributed monster's Level.
[b]Rockman Shinobi-Dinosaur[/b]: This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending "Rockman Green Shinobi" and "Rockman Fire Dinosaur" you control to Graveyard. If this card destroys a monster by battle, you gain your Life Poins equal to the destroyed monster's ATK. This card negates card's effect that destroys monster(s) on the field affect to your "Rockman" monster(s) and destroys that card.
[b]Rockman Dinosaur-Berserk[/b]: This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending "Rockman Fire Dinosaur" and "Rockman Thunder Berserk" you control to Graveyard. Each time this card inflicts damage to your opponent', this card gains 400 ATK. You can discard 1 card or remove from play 3 cards in your Graveyard, to destroys 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.[/center]

Okay.

1. Tuner's are effect monsters but it isn't stated that it's an effect monster
2. You made Rockman a horrible card. It's a Level 5 monster so it can't really do anything.
3. I can't help but think that you did it all wrong... >_>

as I know, being a Tuner doesn't mean that monster is an effect monster, ex: Tune Warrior is a normal monster, and it is tuner.

If Rockman doesn't have effect: it isn't destroyed once per turn, then it should be ok, right?
I think i should keep the effect: gain 400 ATK for each Rockman in graveyard. because a level 5 monster with only 1800 atk and no effect is useless these day.

Do you notice any differences between how the Tuner monster with an effect is portrayed, and yours are? Cause I sure as hell do.

Why would you nerf a bad card? I never said anything about getting rid of effects. That'd be stupid. I said that it's a bad card because it's Level 5 and doesn't do enough to warrant consistent play.

thanks for your infomation about Tuner. i'll fix it. (subaru's portray is dark green because i want to have some exceptional :P i hope it's not hurt)

about rockman, i don't think it is that bad. when you have 2-3 synchro rockman in grave, it becomes a monster with 2600-3000 atk and can't be destroyed once per turn (not only by battle), so you can use torrential tribute or dark hole then direct attack, or survives break card trap. and it's a method to have subaru in your hand.
