Banish, from either side of the field, 1 LIGHT monster and 1 DARK monster, then Special Summon 1 "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning", "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End", or "Chaos Sorceror" from your hand or deck, ignoring the summoning conditions. Spells, Traps, and card effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation.

Yes, because the Chaos monsters TOTALLY needed support like this.

Broken as all hell.

BLS is limited, Chaos Sorc is run @2, max, and this is essentially super poly, so how exactly is it broken?

Because of what you just wrote. Its basically Super Poly that can fetch a BLS from your deck at any given moment. Summon Sangan and some generic LIGHT monster, use this card, and get a search plus your BLS. But since LIGHT and DARK are popular attributes already, your opponent will more than likely fulfill the requirements for you. Then, thats a nearly clear field (or at least their strongest monsters are gone), and a free Chaos monster for you.

Please tell me how it isn't broken. People complain about how has BLS is already, and you're just taking away any restrictions it could possibly have on its summon.

It banishes them, Sangan doesn't search =o

It requires more deck space, so let's say this is @1 in the deck, that's automatically 4 slots taken up that you then have to deal with and work around. It also takes away the ability to revive them in any fashion.

And BLS has barely impacted the meta, despite being @1. He's just an extra boss monster.
