This card can attak your opponent directly. When this card declares an attack, you can detach one Xyz Material from this card: Negate the effects of all cards your opponent controls and all cards in your opponent's hand and Graveyard until your opponent's next Main Phase (Set cards and Flip-Effect monsters also have their effects negated).

Getting it out is easy. A vast amount of useful Watts are level two. Secondly, it's effect is basically an amplified Wattgiraffe. So, whatever Wattgiraffe;s purpose is, plus monster negation (ie, easier to get rid of searchers, flip effect monsters, bouncers).

I like it, but its almost like wattgiraffe, also why not have:
"This card can attack you opponents life points directly. When this card attacks you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card negate the effects of all cards on your opponent's side of the field until the End Phase. Cards effects cannot be chained to this card's effect."
Like this you wont have to deal with:
2. What would I negate that wouldn't be chained to the attack anyway?
Giraffe does do stuff to monsters:
"This card can attack your opponent directly. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent as a result of a direct attack, your opponent cannot activate the effects of any Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster Cards until the End Phase of this turn."

Okay, okay. My bad. In that case, allow me to edit it. Jeez, I hate my Yu-Gi-Oh! playing friends...They know nothing...I need to actually use the Wikia as opposed to passed-down info.

Or just read the card :I

Well, I can't read cards I don't have, now do I? My friends tell me these things because they go to tournaments and lose in the first round to everyone, since they know nothing. So, they just tell me what part of the card they had trouble with, then fool me into believing that's the entire effect. I mean, they made me think Brio was level 5 'cause somebody used Tuningware to summon it and they didn't know the effect. But that's all beside the point. I'm too gullible, and I'm going to edit the card.

...Because it cripples them until their next Main Phase, (i.e., no Treeborn or Iron Core or other stuff during Draw and Standby phases), and the effect is applied when it declares the attack as opposed to during damage calc, i.e. no Mirror Force or D-Prison or Honest or Necro Gardna or the like.

personally I'm not sure negating all the cards in your opponent's hand, graveyard, and on the field is a good idea. Seems way too many.

I'd make it the field, and either the hand OR graveyard

This requires 3 Level 3 Thunder-Type monster. And you're suggesting the whole negation deal is bad? Seriously Makoto Nanaya, do not listen to ragnarok, he knows jack s***.
