i think its kinda Op'ed since your opponent's monster is negated then banished...
maybe i'm wrong but eh...
its easy to summon and would be a lulz in banisharks

well that's weak for lv10, most of the time you won't have more than 3, so it's not likely to get above 3000 atk

a skill drain effect for your opponent's monsters with 2000 or less atk might be too much

I would have either negated the effect OR banished it during the end phase, not both
