New Archetype: Executioner - Mayhem Through 'Teamwork' (20/9/??)

Hi guys, this is my first try at making YGO cards myself. It sure needs a lot of balancing but I hope it is somehow ok so far (I had a free day, so I made a handful cards).

The Executioner Archetype is composed of monsters of the Fire, Earth and Wind attribute and they are always Warrior type or are double-typed. They are set out to destroy other cards through either their own card effects or by sacrificing themselves to inflict even greater damage, so to speak.
The Synchros are split up in two groups, Execution Knights that are meant to recycle cards and Execution Lords that have powerful effects, but return to the Extra Deck after three turns.

Their Spell cards give them additional battle control and some more destruction but usually at the cost of more monsters or life points.

The Trap cards are only activated after your monsters get destroyed in battle, resulting in either counter-destruction or additional/reinforced field presence.

[i]This card is also treated as a Warrior-type monster. You can discard this card from your hand to negate the activation of a trap card and send it to the bottom of the owner's deck, then deal 400 damage to your opponent's life points. This effect can be used during either player's turn.[/i]

[b]Executioner - Flare[/b]
[i]This card is also treated as a Warrior-type monster. When this card is successfully summoned, put one "Steel Shard" counter on this card. This card gains 200 ATK for each "Steel Shard" counter on it. Once per turn you can remove one "Steel Shard" counter to destroy and negate the activation of a trap card.[/i][/center]

The name of this card is treated as "Executioner". When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, banish up to two cards on the opponent's side of the field and reduce the attack of your opponent's monsters by 400 every time a card is banished. During your third End Phase after this card has been summoned, banish two cards and send this card back to the Extra Deck.[/spoiler]

I hope I can get some useful feedback and ideas to improve this archetype (or rather these cards) and that they're not extremely over- or underpowered.[/center]
