I think bot your cards are overpowered the summoning difficulty is minimal their effects rival relinquished and then some.
I think kid A should have 500X atk instead of the current 1000X atk. Lord Satanus's effect must be made once per turn or have at least one major down-side (considering its stats simple summoning condition insane effect.)
5/10 from me.

for Kid a Doom Bringer I'm not exactly sure just how big a burn you think would end up happening with it

plus I'm really hoping once it destroys a monster in battle, you can choose to tribute it or not for the burn effect, and not that you MUST do it
