After you activate this card: Banish all other copies of "After Glow" from your hand or Deck and place this card at the bottom of your Deck. During your Standby Phase, if you do not control "After Glow" in your hand: Take 2000 points of damage. During your Draw Phase, if you draw "After Glow": You win the duel.

This will never be printed. Why?

The Exodia Gimmick allows you to cut your deck to 0 in a turn if it goes off right. Then you activate this, and boom - you just won.

There's no "balancing" this card, it will forever remain the broken card it is.

Constructive Criticism as ever Darkplant? The OCG said specifically when drawn in the Draw Phase you win.

I think that card Apex wanted to mention was this

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, both players must turn their respective Decks upside down and proceed with the current Duel.
I was thinking the same thing so it actually works unless your opponent causes you to draw that card prematurely.
Unlikely not many people do that! So you got what 97% chance of winning with say 2 cards. Nice :D i like it it's a challenge to beat.

What do you not understand?

Step 1. Use Exodia gimmick to draw through your deck till it becomes 0 cards
Step 2. Activate this
Step 3. Place it on the bottom aka top of the deck.
Step 4. When it's your opponent's turn, use Threatening Roar/Waboku/Swift Scarecrow/whatever that protects you.
Step 5. Next turn, you win.

It's way better than Exodia in how they don't clog the hand.

That too.

How about just adding it and shuffling, it makes no real difference.

You could still go Prime Material Dragon + Gold Sarco.

Best way to balance this is just to make the 4000 damage into "Pay 4000 Life Points" instead. That way, you cannot abuse it at all really.

And you'll lose, but that's the only way of balancing it.

Doesn't work, I think

Just realised it has to be A Feather of the Phoenix actually. Not PvZ.

It's either gonna be broken or really retardedly bad. No insta-win cards ever come out good.

Exodia was horribly designed.
Final Countdown promotes awful stall.
Destiny Board is impossible.
Any others I've missed are so bad, I can't remember.

Still, Convulsion is the best way to use this. Otherwise, it's just mill your entire deck then use A Feather of the Phoenix to stick this on the top of your Deck.
