Monarch Archtype Support

I was thinking of how the Monarchs could be a more dedicated archtype, and decided to try and expand their theme a bit. So here are my cards, I tried to make them balanced, but I think the last one, the leader of the Monarchs, is probably overpowered.

Effect: When you Tribute Summon a "Monarch" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You cannot Special Summon more than 1 "Retainer of the Monarch" card each turn. During the turn this monster was Special Summoned by its own effect, you may perform an additional Tribute Summon of a "Monarch" monster using this monster as the Tribute. If this card is offered as Tribute for the Summon of a <Attribute> monster, increase that monster's ATK by 500. This monster cannot be used for a Synchro Summon or an XYZ Summon

There are six Retainers - Umbra, Lucius, Procella, Ingus, Aqua, and Terra. Their types and Attributes are Fiend-type Dark, Spellcaster-type Light, Dragon-type Wind, Pyro-type Fire, Sea Serpent-type Water, and Dinosaur-type Earth. In the above field, the <Attribute> stated in their effect is the same Attribute that the monster is.

Monarch's Servant

Warrior-type, Dark
ATK: 100, DEF: 100
Effect: FLIP - select 1 "Monarch" card from your deck and place it on top of your deck.

Monarch's Guard
Level 1
Spellcaster-type, Light
ATK: 100, DEF: 100
Effect: FLIP - select 1 "Monarch" card from your Graveyard and add it to your hand.

Monarch's Call
Spell
Discard 1 "Retainer of the Monarch" monster to search your deck for a "Monarch" monster that is the same Attribute as the discarded monster and add it to your hand.

Decent of the Supreme Monarch
Continuous Trap
Activate when two or more "Monarch" monsters are destroyed by an opponent's card effect. During your next Standby Phase after this card's activation, destroy this card and Special Summon 1 "Omnis the Supreme Monarch" from your hand, deck or Graveyard.

Omnis the Supreme Monarch

Warrior-type, Light
ATK: 2800, DEF: 1500
Effect: You can Tribute Summon this card with only one Tribute if the Tributed monster is a "Monarch" monster. This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard, except by the effect of "Decent of the Supreme Monarch". You can only control 1 "Omnis the Supreme Monarch" at a time. When a "Monarch" monster except "Omnis the Supreme Monarch" is targeted by the effect of an opponent's card effect, you can discard 1 monster card from your hand that is the same Attribute as the targeted monster to negate the opponent's card effect and destroy it. This card gains the following effect(s), depending on the Attributes of the monsters Tributed to summon it. The following effect(s) may each be activated once per turn. If you activate two of these effects in the same turn, this card cannot attack that turn.
LIGHT - Destroy 1 card on the field. That card's controller draws 1 card.
DARK - Remove up to two cards in either player's Graveyard from play.
WIND - Discard 1 card to return one card on the field to the owner's hand.
FIRE - Discard two cards from the top of your opponent's deck,
WATER - Select up to two Spell or Trap cards on the field. Their effects are negated until the End Phase of this turn.
EARTH - Destroy 1 face-down card on the field
