This card cannot be Normal Summoned nor Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned, except from your hand, by sending at least 3 cards in your hand to the Graveyard. This card gains 1000 ATK for each card sent to the Graveyard to Summon it. If you have 2 cards or less in your hand when this card is Summoned, destroy this card. Other face-up monsters you control cannot declare an attack. When this card attacks, card effects cannot be activated.

Its OP for me since Its easy nowadays to gain drawpower

It's worse than Montage Dragon.

That says a lot.

But the last effect is good.

Now that you mention it I take back my words having it OP'd i totally forgotten about Montage...

last effect is Ancient Gear, bit stronger, which is a neat touch

In terms of summoning, it's not that hard

but you shouldn't have said your other monsters can't attack, that brings it way down
