You can discard 1 Spellcaster-Type monster and 1 Spell Card; Special Summon this card (from your Graveyard). Each time your opponent activates 1 Spell Card: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Spellcaster-Type monster (from your hand). This card is unaffected by your opponent's Normal Spell Cards. You should limit it to only once per turn Alia should be fine, did wish it had some more atk power though for Magician Spirits though, in the last effect, why given that one a level restriction?
