The wording is also a little off, it should be: "As long as "Umi" remains on the field: [b]draw 2 cards every 2 Draw Phases.[/b]" Actually sorry, but I don't even know how to word that last [b]bold [/b]bit... Otherwise, listen to the first post to fine-tune your card, and consider getting a new image. There are TONS of good dragon pictures out there. Yours is squished, and, well, doesn't really look like a dragon. Also, the card is pretty weak. You won't be able to make use of its effect because it'll be destroyed the turn after you summon it. Consider raising the stats or adding some sort of effect to make it a bit more difficult to destroy. No rating for now. P.S. You realize you double posted, right? Just sayin'...
