Works well with 2 Sacreds. Could always DNA them. Sounds like an okay card.

Yeah, it's a Conditional form of Drop Off that

- Requires a specific Type of monster with a Specific Attribute on the field to activate
- Does nothing if opponent drew a Monster
- Can be MST if you want, or a Drop Off that "destroys".

I don't see why you'd run this over Drop Off or Drastic Drop Off.
