So pretty much, you attack a face-down Sangan, Sangan is destroyed and its effect activates, during end phase, opponent gets Sangan back. Meh, it's only good with Skill Drain, but it doesn't make the card any better since you're not going to always have Skill Drain ready.

shure but you get a 2000 ATK monster for nothing and you can countiluly do life damage to the opponent ecepecialy if they have a weak monster and then again its may

Your opponent will use that effect to his / her advantage and get the monster back during the End Phase. It should be freaking obvious. And you know what? They choose the battle position, so if you destroy an monster in Attack Position with this, they can just SS that monster back during the End Phase, in face-up Defense Position.

So yeah, your opponent regaining a monster is too much of an drawback since it allows your opponent to make even more plays that might make you lose, especially if they revive something like Sangan or Dandylion etc. etc.

It's Gene-Warped War Wolf with a drawback. Let's look at the the comparisons.

Both are EARTH.
Both are Beast-Warrior
Both have 2000 ATK
This has more DEF, but not enough to warrant more use since you could just pull Giant Soldier of Stone instead, and that's a bad card right there.
This gives your opponent's card back to them. Warwolf just obliterates it.

Need I say more?

I'll fix OCG then rate.

I'm pretty sure that's correct, but I've never seen a card with half piercing damage before.
Anyways, the card made a big jump from being too weak to too strong. The half piercing doesn't even matter since it's only half, but the gaining ATK effect is what makes it OP. If it can stay on the field for just one turn chances are by the next it'll have 2500 ATK, then it will be able to crush most level 7 or even 8s. Then the piercing is there for an added maybe 6 or 7 hundred damage.
Maybe take away some effects or add another hindering one.

this doesn't make any sense

why would you WANT your opponent to get the monster back onto the field right away in the first place?

Besides, you said it yourself your opponent has a choice in the matter, it's not like you're choosing for him or anything like that

I mean yes you do gain 500 atk in the process and yes its permanent, but even then, it just seems wrong

the guy gets it back because it was for a coontest and one of the requirments is that the monster has come back to the plus it keeps it from bieng to op
