Actually, I edited the effect.
The LP increase can't be changed. Your opponent gains 8000 LP, whether you like it or not.

I don't see this card used anywhere except exodia really.
Maybe make it 5000 life points so its like 5 upstart goblin effects in one card?

it is rather easy to get rid of your hand, and then, when both players are out of hand and everything is decided with 1 draw... you draw this card! and get 6 cards in your hand. WAY TOO STRONG. Make something with LP difference, opponent having many cards on the field and you having none and so on... Since drawing is one of the best things you can get in this game.

even with 4 draws I'd still activate this card. It's about field and hand advantage, Life Points come later.
