·Toot
I think its Op'ed since it can negate almost every card your opponent has... scratch that it can negate them all... the only way out of this is if I draw dark hole or something... or I might just get lucky because you don't have any thunder monsters on your field... Your OCG is off... sorry I'ts kinda hard for me to fix... not to good with it my self lol I'd suggest neg off the set monster and spell negations... face-up would seem alright... ragnarok1945
the artwork is good can easily see this getting like 4000/4000 stats or more, so that's fine however the Thunder Counter effect is way too powerful for negating everything your opponent's monster can do not to mention the fact your opponent can't negate the counter placement what you should have done is put a max limit to the number of counters it can have on the field say like 3, then say once 3 counters have been placed on the field you can't use the counter effect anymore
·Toot
''I'd suggest neg off the set monster and spell negations... face-up would seem alright...'' what do you mean
lol I mean take off the effect that allows them to be negated while face-down... just keep the one while it negates them face-up... either way would be good... both is just Op'ed
TCG warrior
the ATK is a bit high, but the thunder counters are a nice idea (summon and use priority to place a counter, your opponent cannot chain and so not activate bottomless or torrential)
david ice
lol I mean take off the effect that allows them to be negated while face-down... just keep the one while it negates them face-up... either way would be good... both is just Op'ed
I think it wouldn't make a difference, cause if the opponent flips a monster you could still place a thunder counter on it, and cause you can't chine effect to it flip effect would still not activate.Same thing in terms of set spell and traps

Sander
Face-down cards cannot carry counters.
Taken from YuGiOh Wikia. Other than that, card seems decent I guess.
