RyanAtlus
When you summon a WATER Pyro/Tuner monster you can special summon this card from your deck. /ok
Pyromaniac of the Ice Barrier WATER/Pyro-Tuner/3*/1000/1000 This card can only be used for the Synchro Summon of an "Ice Barrier" Synchro Monster. The level of all other Monsters in this Synchro Summon are decreased by 1. Konami should hire me and pay me huge amounts of money to troll YCM. Premier Alexander Romanov
I have stated several times that I do not fully understand this game, and even I find this broken.
evilfusion
The best balancing factor is that it activates when IT is Normal Summoned and Summons another copy of itself.

evilfusion
That's how I'd do it to keep consistency with rules and the logic of balancing the game. 1) Trigger Effects cannot activate from the Deck unless going to the Deck is an explicit part of its effect (Serpentine Princess). In fact, no card "activates" from the Deck. The Deck has always represented future resources, and another card has been needed to get those resources (Foolish Burial, etc). 2) If the effect was, as I suggested, inherent to its own Summon and limited to copies of itself, it'd have to be a Normal Summon, or else any Summon of this would be a +2. If it had its current effect, this will be run at 3 in everything. No questions.
Canadian
Its far to small and blurry to be able to translate, but it seems small enough to be legit.

The other quarter add the extra sentence, "This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster".
evilfusion
Oh come on! If that's the effect, at least insist "Normal Summoned"! Otherwise it'll turn any Summon into a +3 and instant Rank 3 Xyz. And it even seems to act like TG Warwolf: Any player's Summon counts during either player's turn! It's not from the manga, this is IRL, so the people above saying "Why are we bawwing about the manga?" are wrong ._.
evilfusion
Bright side, I guess...this will be a replacement for Tour Guide. Oh wait, it probably wont reach the TCG for a while.
evilhorus
Maybe this is OCGs answer to TGU and Tengu when it was first released. lolinnercorporationbitchiness
evilfusion
Perhaps, but I liked the delusion that the OCG tries to keep their format balanced.
Mugendramon
Now, I feel like TGU and this will stab eachother and get limited when they cross the ocean.
evilfusion
Even ignoring Tour Guide, this card's effect seems horribly designed. Dropping 3 Level 3 monsters for simply Summoning a Level 3 or lower monster...everyone will use this. And if the wording that either player can trigger their effect to either player's Summon (and ANY Summon), then that just means that Turn 1 or 2 will end with a swarm of these. It's stupid. evilfusion
Huh? What happened? EDIT: Ahh, from the HAND. Phew... So it's more flexible TG Warwolf without being Synchro-able and without the TG engine. Yup, that sucks in my book.
