This + Horakhty = instant win in first turn
Maybe this:

This is more balanced, you have 3 turns to draw Horakhty.

^Thats actually a good idea it makes the card more balanced. Except that to Summon Horakhty you need monsters whose [u][b][size=5]PRINTED [/size][/b][/u][size=5][size=3]name is Obelisk the Tormentor etc. So with that effect you can't summon Horakhty anyway.[/size][/size]
