Oh right, it was used in the Paradox duel, which makes the second effect make some sort of sense.

Anyway, the second effect is insanely broken. Would probably be insta-banned, or at least limited.

Seems intereresting to say the least. Second effect, first part is a bit weird but hey, what am I to say? The second bit is rather good.
