After the extra deck fix, the decks looks really solid.

Skyblaster and Tengu add to the deck what it lacked: Level 4 monsters and more field presence for when you don't have Rekindling plays (which is more frequent than having them). Transmission Field is just too awesome. The deck can spam Level 8s, 7s and 5s very easily, hence Big Eye and Volcasaurus. But outside of the combo, the deck can't really bring too much of as fight, which is the reason why it can't be top tier material.

Regardless, a very well built and functional deck for casual play, but that can still holds it's own onm the bigger duels.
