That picture...I'm not one for creepypasta, but the last time I read Creepypasta, I read Jeff the Killer. That was over a year ago, and that picture is deeply haunting to me. I don't know why, but that image is so unsettling. I had to turn on my post-nightmare music immediately (The Corries or Art Tatum) and I started to get really jittery with the usual background noises. Just what is it about that picture that so unsettles people? Why? Who created such a thing?

I'm a gear. There's no way he can kill me without a fatal duel at noontide but I'll show no mercy so I'll keep the flag flying and we won't meet again because he'll be just or be dead and then Nothing out of the ordinary will happen.

Count how many GG OST jokes I made there.

That Jeff the Killer image? I think it's because it's eyes are just looking straight at you, those dead set soulless eyes. But I've seen this pic all over the internet so it doesn't scare me much,

God that picture. >.>

Why would someone do such a thing?

If I saw that in real life, I'd run away quickly, grab a blunt object, run back AND KILL IT.

But yes, it's quite easy to be scared of what you do not know or cannot see.

For instance...

Don't look behind you...
I know there's nothing behind me...
Yet I'm still scared to look behind myself.

It's like how I knew Slenderman didn't exist, yet I was still scared to look out my window whilst I was reading about him.

Guys, go look up Red Room, if you get to a flash animation thing, play it. Now have fun using the computer at night. Then again, I was like 12/13.

Ohhhhh where has my sense of horror gone?

I looked up the pasta a while back, it was pretty freaky at the end. Certainly not gonna look up an animation of it about 20 mins before I go to sleep. >_>

It has a pasta? Must read.

Okay, so guys, I have it down. Fear of the dark, fear of being defenseless (which you are when sleeping), and fear of the unknown. Any good pasta is able to touch 2 of those fears, and thus get your heart racing. Everyone has these fears, but their strength varies.

DO NOT LOOK AT THE IMAGE IF YOU PLAN ON SLEEPING WITHIN THE HOUR. Otherwise go ahead and read the stories, no trap here.

What did happen last time?

And for the love of god can we put him in a spoiler? It's actually starting to creep me out, and it's midnight so I'd like to sleep without having a creepy face in all my dreams. Who even made it and how did they do it, because It's actually touching me now.

BEN?

Also guys, I just read the Slenderman pasta about the girl who woke up at midnight and was attacked by slendy and stuff. When I saw that picture and the paragraph that went with it... it didn't just send a chill through my spine. It blasted my spine to a freezing hell.

Story I read: http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/Slenderman

Heh, I feel like a little kid, being scared to go to sleep and all that. Well I just had the guts to open my curtain and look out the windows. The hood is still Slender-free.
