Lunar Origins Posted December 15, 2011 Report Share Posted December 15, 2011 To me, love is an intense care for someone, and the need to be with them. Well, not need, but a very strong want. I've fallen in love and out of love, and let me tell you that it is quite the roller-coaster. I don't think I'm old enough to start grasping the full concept, either- At fifteen years of age I could say that about any subject. But, that one feeling you when you start to think of that certain someone... That one feeling is something you won't forget, not at all, and I can understand that. Love in itself is a fickle word, whose true meaning has been slandered throughout the ages. I'd like to ask the immortal question (yet again)... [/quote] Anybody sufficiently competent should be able to realize saying "I think," or "I believe," everywhere is redundant because everybody already knows you're stating an opinion. You've just nothing worthy so you spout stupidity. Love is better to await than hunt. If you run after it, you may encounter more of a similar feeling, (infatuation) though it is less genuine of my experience. When it is awaited, you can feel certain that you feel love because you would not accept the first opportunity you find and only accept what you feel confident about. But just because "you get that feeling of butterflies in your gut" doesn't mean you're in love. And I'm not gonna take advice about love from anyone under the age of 40. No human can truly define love because everyones love is different. It is not a universal theory. The feelings of Kindness, Compassion, Sympathy, and Understanding, are important aspects of love. We will never truly know what love is but there is one thing we can all agree on. Sometimes, love is all you need to keep going down the highroad to happiness.
