it s both under and over. most players dont run barrel and trap hole compulsary and other summon trigers like pulling the rug could costt you the game. i say it's underpowered =)

Yeah its pretty overpowered because if your opponent has lost 500 lifepoints by the time you summon it theyll lose.

 

EDIT: Oh I thought it was the opponent who took 7400 damage well then its a little less overpowered in my mind its actually underpowered.

atk and def to 3000

and take lower the costs to 7000 and remove the death penalty,

then if you have the chance you can acually use it and survive =)

so you take 7400 damage, that damage can it be shot back with Barrel behidn the door? it can be absorbed with Rainbow life though.. or if u stop the damage will it work at all?

I think he is trying to word it as a cost, therefore paying the 7400 life points would not be effect damage. For that reason, rainbow life or barrel behind the door would only give you the 2500 it makes you lose when it is destroyed. That being said, it's not that overpowered, but it isn't a card I'd like to see in the TCG.

 

For all of you who think it is overpowered, think about the cost thing, and in addition... think of Injection Fairy Lily. She gets almost to that attack and the cost is much less, not to mention it cannot die with a simple bottomless or even a trap hole.

Correct. BBtD won't save you the extra 7400 LP. You need 10000 Life Points in order to survive a turn with this devil unless you have BBtD, in which case it's 7500 LP you need. The card is only good early on, while your LP are intact. The card is underpowered, and no one would use it, but it is admittedly very powerful with Raigeki, Ookazi, & BBtD. Still, you suffer a greater cost than your opponent for using the card, making it underpowered.
