Northern Sage
This card gains 1 Spell Counter every turn. For each Spell Counter on this card: Increase it's Level by 1 and it's ATK by 1000. Once per turn: You can remove 3 Spell Counters from your side of the field; Move the Turn Count forward by 1. Sander
Effect seems fine and all, but overall, the card is weak. Obviously the only real use this card would have is to be used with Final Destiny, but the thing is that, you'd wan to to move the turn count onward as soon as you can, so the condition for Final Destiny would actually be met faster, IE Spell Counter gain is way to slow to be effective, and this card being reliant on those counters itself isn't making it any more playable. ragnarok1945
3 counters just to move the turn count forward by 1? It's too little. Pyro Clock of Destiny can do better than that I'd make it only 2 counters or something in addition maybe put a max limit to how many counters this can hold given the atk gain effect

Seriously, if it had a limit on how many Spell Counters it can hold, it couldn't stand up to your opponent, at all. With no limit, at least it can stand up by itself in terms of ATK. And already this card, as I stated before, is weak. You only get 1 counter per turn, so unless you have some good protection going on, this card will be gone from the field by the end of your opponent's turn. Galkin
The effect is almost overpowered. It gains 1 spell counter every turn, so if your opponent fails to get rid of it during his turn, you'll have an increasingly stronger beaststick. As for the turn count effect, 3 spell counters are too much, 2 is more reasonable since moving the turn count doesn't affect the game much, save for final countdown.
