Guest Charlotte The Witch
Discuss, especially how this card is so easy to get out.Because, to me, it really doesn't seem that easy.I mean, really, what are the chances of having this in your hand when you have EXACTLY 3 DARK monsters? Guest
It's called not sucking at the game. It's called getting a 2800 beater and +3 card advantage in exchange for only the slightest bit of effort.
Guest Charlotte The Witch
Alright. How do you manipulate the Graveyard to get this out?

Guest
1) Look for cards that let you send cards to the Graveyard or remove cards from the Graveyard.2) Use them.3) Nuke, swing, win.

Guest Charlotte The Witch
The main reason I put this up was that it was suggested as being teched into an Inzektor Deck.It doesn't seem to me like it can be. Inzektors need every card that's in their Graveyard, and, once again, what are the odds of having this card, 1 in 40 in your entire deck, in your hand when you have exactly 3 DARK monsters, this time Inzektors, in your Graveyard? This is called a tech. Cards you use to test how they work in the deck, but still, they are NOT the focus of the deck. Dark Armed Dragon isn't a card to focus a deck on since it's format died, long ago. Now it's a tech on DARK decks. And Inzektors can manipulate the Graveyard very well. Guest .Rai
Highly likely, to be honest. Like, most decks can manipulate the Graveyard in some way. Usually by reviving, banishing, dumping etc. DAD is crazy easy to get out.
evilfusion
Dark Armed Dragon is kind of a lucksacky card that does way too much. Dark monsters are very, very common, especially now that BLS is around and Tour Guide exists. It won't always be the best card, but a lot of decks that want to use it can control the monsters in their Graveyard by some means. Some Lightsworn/Twilight Decks can mill most of their Dark Monsters and control their presence, such as Necro Gardna. Inzektors, while probably prefering not to have DAD, can control their monsters by equipping Inzektors from the Graveyard if they have too many. Blackwings have Vayu to control their numbers. Dark Worlds have Gate and Grapha.
Guest PikaPerson01
Oh god, is this topic serious? o_0 Easy 2800 beater a +3 for very little effort. "Why is that a good thing?"

"Why is that a good thing?"Remind me how pluses and minuses work again?Because this is only adding 1 card onto the field, then banishing a card to destroy another. Nor RFP, nor decks (Unless deck to hand or field). Hand to field also does not count, or vice-versa

Guest Charlotte The Witch
Wouldn't it be +4, since you also have a 2800 that you didn't previously? Also, isn't this assuming your opponent has at least 3 cards to destroy?

Guest Yuzuru Otonashi
HAND TO FIELD DOES NOT COUNT I said that. And, yes, it is, but it's PROBABLY going to be a +3.

Resident Fascist
DAT INZECTER/INZEKTOR COMBO Summon Dragonfly -> Attach Hornet(DARKs:0) -> Detach Hornet, Blow something up and Summon Centibeet/Centipede(DARKs:1) -> Equip Heart of Clear water to Dragonfly, and activate and Equip Hornet to Centipede(DARKs:0) -> Detach Hornet, Blow up Heart of Clear Water and Special Summon another Centipede(DARKs:1) -> Attach Hornet to the Second Centipede and Detach again(DARKs:0) -> Detach Hornet and Blow up a opponent's card and Grab Giga-Mantis from the Deck(DARKs:1) -> Attach Gigamantis to either Inzecter/Inzektor -> Overlay into Number 17, Destroying Giga-Mantis.(DARKs:2) -> Detach 1 Material from Number 17(DARKs:3) -> Summon DaD Probably better ways of doing it, but whatever. technicially a 3 card combo cause all you need is a dragonfly, DaD and a heart of clear water
