With all of the rogue decks that can be found at any event, you could easily play against a deck that is unaffected by it. Then, when you finally do get Dimensional Fissure off, your opponent uses one of their many removal cards to get rid of it. Did you really just imply that you can tag Prisma out into Darius? lol Also read my reply below this to see why A Hero Lives is terrible.
