Smashing Ground and Dimension Prison don't have a deck revolving around them whereas Bad Reaction and Nurse Reficule do, but you'd have to be pretty terrible to argue the last two should be used anywhere outside their decktype. PMD may be splashable, but no deck actually uses it because it is sub-par as a splashable card, and dragons have better things to be doing.
