New Official Card Grammar? (Been away a lonngggg time)

Chaos Impact™

Question

Hello all!
I've recently just re-discovered the forums again, but due to my long absence (roughly since january 2011) i think i have most likely missed a change in OCG on the site for proper card making.
So if anyone can give me and updates on the new card grammar? Or if there is a thread designed to answer my question could you please directly guide me to that,
Thanks,

Oh, also:

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned from your hand except by blah blah blah"

has become:

"Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by blah blah blah (from your hand) and cannot be Special Summoned by other methods."

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by blah blah blah"

has become:

"Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned by blah blah blah"

Basic idea is:

Condition: Cost; Effect.

For example, if you read a card like Junk Synchron from the past:

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 level 2 or lower monster from your Graveyard in Defense Position.

With new grammar it's:

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.

That's the idea now. If there's no condition, don't use a colon. If there's no cost, don't use a semi-colon. Just keep that in mind and people should correct you as you go.

Remove from play > Banish
Removed from play > Banished
Removed from the field > Left the field

Condition: Cost; Effect

Basically:

"When this card is destroyed, you can discard 1 card from your hand then destroy 1 card on the field."

becomes:

"When this card is destroyed: You can discard 1 card from your hand; destroy 1 card on the field."

Note that the word after the semi-colon is not capitalized. Unless it's a term like Special Summon.
