If it was temporary, like until the next Standby Phase, then it would be a viable tech. But....it's permanent.

You can always get rid of it with Synchro/Xyz/Tribute, ect.

He's not terrible per se...just not really sure where you would run him. At all. I mean, he blows up two cards on one swing but...what do you run him in?

Also, anime tag isn't really needed since this came out IRL as a promo in Japan.
